1. General Provisions and Obligations
    
   1. Guests are required to abide by these rules and regulations as well as posted fire safety guidelines.
   2. Use of the Hotel grounds and premises during the stay is at the client's own risk.
   3. The accommodation provider is not liable for injuries or property damage caused by failure to follow safety instructions.
   4. Guests are required to observe all safety, fire, and hygiene regulations.
   5. Liability with respect to natural and legal persons is governed by the Civil Code of the Czech Republic.
       
2. Arrival, Departure, and Payment for Services
    
   1. Check-in is from 14:00 / 15:00. Any early check-in must be agreed upon in advance by phone (+420 730 116 611) and approved.
       
   2. Check-out is by 11:00. In case of late check-out, the Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee. The fee is: CZK 200 for each commenced hour.
       
   3. The Hotel may only accommodate guests who present a booking confirmation and complete an online check-in with valid identity documents (in accordance with Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on Local Fees, and Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals). Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation.
       
   4. Persons under 18 years of age may only be accommodated when accompanied by an adult.
       
   5. Guests must pay for their accommodation in advance via online payment or bank transfer. The Hotel is entitled to request a refundable deposit for potential damages or additional costs.
       
   6. If a guest requests an extension of stay, they may be offered a different room or apartment for a fee determined by the Hotel.
       
3. Stay Rules and Quiet Hours
    
   1. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. Behavior that disturbs other guests (loud music, TV, shouting) is strictly prohibited. Serious violations may result in a fine of up to CZK 5,000.
       
   2. Guests are required to maintain order and cleanliness in their rooms and in common areas.
       
   3. For safety reasons, guests must not leave children unattended anywhere on the Hotel premises.
       
   4. Room cleaning takes place after the guest's departure, and for stays longer than 6 days, on the seventh day of the stay.
       
4. Safety, Appliances, and Property Damage
    
   1. Guests are not permitted to use their own electrical appliances on the premises or in the rooms, with the exception of personal hygiene devices (shaver, hairdryer) and low-power devices (laptop, charger).
       
   2. Tampering with the electrical network or other installations on the premises is forbidden.
       
   3. Guests must not move or remove equipment or furniture from the building.
       
   4. Every time a guest leaves the room, they are required to close the windows, turn off water taps, turn off lights, switch off electrical appliances, and lock the door.
       
   5. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the room or common areas and agree to cover the costs of repair or replacement.
       
5. Prohibitions, Fines, and Fire Safety Measures
    
   1. The entire Hotel premises are strictly non-smoking, and smoke detectors are installed throughout the property. Violation of the smoking ban (including e-cigarettes and IQOS) in rooms or indoor areas is subject to a fine of CZK 5,000. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in designated areas.
       
   2. Pets or animals of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Hotel premises.
       
   3. Throwing any objects out of the windows or polluting the surroundings of the Hotel is strictly forbidden.
       
   4. Bringing weapons, ammunition, explosives, handling open flames, or possessing psychotropic substances is forbidden.
       
   5. If a false fire alarm is triggered due to guest negligence, the guest will be billed the full cost of the emergency callout.
       
6. Valuables
    
   1. Guests should keep valuable items and large amounts of cash with them at all times. The Hotel bears no liability for their loss or damage.
       
7. Final Provisions
    
   1. Any defects or issues must be reported immediately to Hotel staff. In the absence of staff, please call +420 730 116 611.
       
   2. In the event of a gross violation of these Visitor Rules, the Hotel has the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract and terminate the guest's stay prematurely without refund.

These rules enter into force and take effect on September 21, 2026.
